This remodel located in Truckee California turned a conservatively designed cabin in the mountains into something a little more light, airy, and modern yet maintaining the warmness one would expect to see in a mountainside cabin. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redone using natural materials with new flooring throughout.  We used a natural color palette offsetting the wood features to create a spacious feel. We also designed a new wine room incorporating a mixture of concrete, steel and the wood that integrates seamlessly with the layout.
